Physician office visit, emergency room and urgent care benefits can help mitigate these costs by providing fixed payments for each visit, regardless of deductible status.
Benefit pays a daily amount selected at enrollment for the maximum number of days per calendar year also selected at enrollment. These benefits are associated with sickness visits and diagnostic testing as defined in the policy.
